Return and Cancel Policy

Cancellations

Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled puja date. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled date may be subject to a partial deduction to cover samagri and priest arrangement costs already made.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days.

Rescheduling

You may request to reschedule your puja to a different date, subject to pandit availability, by contacting our support team at least 48 hours in advance.

Non-Refundable Situations

Bookings cannot be refunded once the puja has been performed, as priest time and physical samagri have already been committed.
