1. Booking & Services

By booking a puja service through this platform, you agree that all rituals are performed by independent Vedic priests in accordance with traditional procedures. Booking confirmation is subject to availability and successful payment.

2. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Prices listed are inclusive of applicable charges unless stated otherwise. We do not store your card or payment details.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled puja date. Please refer to our Return and Cancel Policy for full details.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate sankalp and contact details at the time of booking. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information provided by the user.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we make every effort to ensure authentic and timely service, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential outcomes arising from the puja services booked.
