Hanuman Vadvanal Puja
Hanuman Vadvanal Puja is a specialized, high-potency ritual centered on the recitation of the Hanuman Vadvanal Stotra, which was originally composed by Vibhishana (the brother of Ravana). The word Vadvanal refers to a powerful submarine fire or a volcanic cosmic fire. Chant the Hanuman Vadvanal Stotra. For powerful results, it is traditionally repeated 11 or 108 times over a cycle of 21 or 41 days.
Offerings: Offer red flowers (such as hibiscus or roses), betel leaves (Paan), jaggery, and roasted grams. Apply a small amount of Hanuman's sindoor to your forehead as a protective shield after completing the aarti.
