Ketu Mantra Jaap

Ketu Mantra Jaap is a sacred Vedic chanting practice dedicated to Ketu, the south node of the Moon, which is symbolized as a shadow planet (Chhaya Graha). In Vedic astrology, Ketu represents spirituality, detachment, past-life karma, and ultimate liberation (Moksha). This Jaap (recitation) is primarily practiced to neutralize the planet's malefic effects, calm sudden life upheavals, and invoke spiritual wisdom.

₹17,000.00

Ketu is represented in Hindu iconography as a headless cosmic body with the tail of a serpent or fish (as depicted in the image). Because it has no head, Ketu governs the gut instinct, deep intuition, and the subconscious mind rather than logical reasoning.
When Ketu is weak, poorly placed, or undergoing its main planetary period (Ketu Mahadasha), an individual may suffer from profound confusion, sudden financial or relationship losses, mysterious health conditions, or a deep sense of isolation. Chanting the Ketu Mantra works on a vibrational level to realign the practitioner’s energetic body. It transforms Ketu’s otherwise disruptive energy into a powerful tool for self-realization, inner stillness, and spiritual mastery.
The most common and potent mantra used for this Jaap is the Ketu Beej (Seed) Mantra:
"? ????? ????? ????? ?? ????? ???"
(Om Sraam Sreem Sraum Sah Ketave Namah)

Mitigates Malefic Effects: Pacifies the negative impacts of a poorly placed Ketu in a birth chart or during an intense Ketu Mahadasha.
Spiritual Awakening: Deepens your meditation practice, sharpens intuitive or psychic sensitivity, and aids in attaining Moksha (liberation).
Mental Clarity: Dissolves illusions, clears sudden confusion, and builds refined discernment to distinguish between right and wrong.
Protection: Acts as a spiritual shield against negative occult energies, hidden enemies, and unforeseen accidents or sudden losses.
Material & Karmic Balance: Helps clear ancestral or past-life karmic blockages, paving the way for unexpected gains, restored status, and true contentment.

The Timing: Start the practice on a Tuesday or Saturday during the Shukla Paksha (the waxing phase of the moon). The best time is early morning before sunrise or late evening.
The Setup: Sit in a clean, quiet space facing the Northeast or Southwest direction. Place an image or idol of Ketu (or Lord Ganesha, who rules over Ketu) in front of you.
Offerings: Light a ghee or camphor lamp. You may offer smoke-colored or grey flowers, sandalwood paste, or incense.
The Chanting Count: Use a Rudraksha or Cat’s Eye (Lehsunia) mala to count. For daily practice, chant the mantra 108 times (1 full mala). For full planetary pacification (Anushthan), a cumulative cycle of 18,000 recitations is traditionally recommended over a set number of days.
Attire: Wearing simple, muted colors like grey, light brown, or smoky tones is recommended while avoiding highly vibrant colors during the ritual.
